Medi-Girls Initiatives
Donate

Medi-Girls aims to support young girls and mothers through donations of art supplies, clothing, and personal care products. We have partnered with and visited organizations such as Oasis: A Haven for Women and Children, the YMCA of Paterson, and others.

Distribute

Through the creation of brochures, Medi-Girls aims to disseminate health information. These brochures are distributed to libraries, classrooms, women's shelters, doctor's offices and community centers.

Project

Medi-Girls creates new issues monthly on promoting women's health. Our first issue focused on the harms of fad dieting, while our second issue focuses on ultra-processed foods--a possible carcinogen.
Outreach

Our workshops for young women are hosted to explain important health information, spread awareness, and provide a safe space for them to ask questions.
